Writing to continuous devices is not possible.
The GOT cannot read or write data from/to consecutive devices.
With STARDOM, FA-M3 (F3SP59 only), if communications that include the maximum device number (32767 or 65535) occurs,
system alarm "322 Dedicated device is out of range. Confirm device range." may be detected.
If such system alarm is detected, do not use the last 15 bits.
With STARDOM, do not use B32768 or later. Otherwise, normal monitoring is not performed.
