Recovery
Check the transport and
PC21/PC22/PC31/PC41/PC42/PC43
Detector information using Maintenance
Tools.
Clean the transport and
PC21/PC22/PC31/PC41/PC42/PC43
Detector, then run Procedure of Auto
Calibration.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
#23 DRV PK-ASSY
#24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
PC21/PC22/PC31/PC41/PC42/PC43
Detection Unit
Check the Main/Eject/Brake Motor
movement using Maintenance Tools.
If the Motor doesn't move property, replace
following parts.
#41 Stepping Motor (Main/Eject Motor)
#44 Stepping Motor (Brake Motor)
Check the Gate movement using
Maintenance Tools and #62 Anti-static
brushes.
Check the Brake Motor movement using
Maintenance Tools.
If the Brake Motor doesn't move property,
replace following parts.
#44 Stepping Motor (Brake Motor)
Front Check video level of the described surface
using Maintenance Tools.
Clean the lower mirror, cover sheet/glass
and fluorescent lamp of the described
Back
surface.
If not recovered, replace following parts of
the describe surface.
Front
1. #4 Fluorescent lamp.
2. #22 Scanner ASSY
Back
3. #38/#39 Lamp ASSY
4. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
5. #15 Cover sheet assembly(Front) or
#16 Cover glass assembly(Back)
6. #40 Lower Mirror ASSY
