"Memory Stick"
Problem
Cannot insert the "Memory Stick" into the
"Memory Stick" slot.
Images from the "Memory Stick" can not
be displayed or you can view the image but
some features are not available and an
error message appears on the TV screen.
Cannot delete a file or all materials.
The image is not displayed
• If you continue to experience problems, have your projection TV serviced by qualified
personnel or you can contact the Sony UK Digital Helpline on 0870 600 1717.
• Never open the casing yourself.

Possible solution
• The "Memory Stick" is not facing in the correct direction. Insert
the "Memory Stick" with the b mark facing up into the "Memory
Stick" slot (page 44).
• This is not a malfunction of the TV. This is because you are using
a non-Sony brand "Memory Stick" media.
• The write-protect switch on the "Memory Stick" is set to LOCK.
Release the lock.
• The image file is protected. Release the protection (pages 47-49).
• The image file is not DCF-compatible or MPEG1 - compatible.
