[ IX Troubleshooting ]

1. Compressor Replacement instructions

Follow the procedures below (Step 1 through 6) to remove the compressor components and replace the compressor.
Reassemble them in the reverse order after replacing the compressor.
1. Remove both the top and bottom service panels.

3. Remove the wires that are secured to the frames,
and remove the frames.
4. Remove the compressor cover. (top)

6. Place protective materials on the insulation lining compressor cover
and on the compressor suction pipe to protect them from the torch flame,
debraze the pipe, and replace the compressor.
2. Remove the control box and the compressor cover.

(right and left), and belt heater.
