AN SPEED AND AIRFLOW DIRECTION ADJUSTMENT
Press
to select fan speed. Each press changes
fan speed in the following order:
(AUTO)
(Low)
• Two short beeps are heard from the indoor unit when set to AUTO.
• Use the
(Super High) notch to cool/heat the room more efficient-
ly.
• If the operating sound of the air conditioner disturbs your sleep, use the
(Low) notch.
Press
to select vertical airfl ow direction. Each
press changes airfl ow direction in the following order:
(AUTO)
(1)
(2)
(3)
• Two short beeps are heard from the indoor unit when set to AUTO.
Press
to select horizontal airfl ow direction. Each
press changes airfl ow direction in the following order:
(Med.)
(High) (Super High)
(4)
(5)
(SWING)
(SWING)

Vertical airflow direction

(AUTO)
The vane is set to the most effi cient airfl ow direction. COOL/DRY:horizontal
position. HEAT:downward position.
(Manual)
For efficient air conditioning, select upper position for COOL/DRY, and lower
position for HEAT. During COOL/DRY, when the vane is set to position (4)
or (5), the vane automatically moves to horizontal position after 1 hour to
prevent water dripping.
(Swing)
The vane moves up and down intermittently.
