SAFETY FEATURES AND TROUBLE
SHOOTING
The machine has many safety functions.
The intervention of the safety devices is
monitored on the display of the control panel by
means of suitable safety codes; this is a help for
the identification of the malfunctions and the
possiblòe repair intervention.
The safety codes are listed in the following table.

CHECK AND REPAIR
Check the opearation and cleaning of the front electric brake
1- check the opearation and cleaning of the front electric
brake
2- If brake is regular call for service assistance
1- check the traction motor operation, carbon brushes and its
four connection cables too
2- if the traction motor and relevant connections are regular
ask for replacement of the power electronic board
If you are running on a ramp it could be a normal behaviour;
if the code is persistent make the same checks as per code

If the ambient temperature is higher than 35 °C or if the
machine is running on a ramp it could be normal; otherwise
check the front electric brake

1- Let the machine cool 30 minutes
2- check the opearation and cleaning of the front electric
brake
3- If brake is regular call for service assistance
1- check the operation of the accelerator pedal and
microswitch
2- check and replace - if necessary - the pedal potentiometer
or microswitch
1- check and repair cable
2- if cables are regular replace the pedal potentiometer
1- check the brush motors operation, carbon brushes and
connection cables too
2- if the brush motors are regular ask for replacement of the
power electronic board
1- reduce the brush pressure
2- if the code is persistent check the brush motors operation
or call for service assistance

1- check the operation of the brush lifting system (jack motor
and two microswitches)
2- If fuses, jack motor and microswitches are regular replace
the microprocessor electronic board
1- check the fuses on the microprocessor electronic board
2- If fuses are regular replace the microprocessor electronic
board
