1) Replace the front jogging motor.
2) Replace the finisher controller PC board.

Is the aligning plate home position sensor (front) (PI4) working properly?

Is the wiring between the finisher controller PC board and alignment motor (front) (M4) cor-
rect?

Is there any mechanical problem with the path of aligning plate?

Try replacing the alignment motor (front) (M4). Is the problem corrected?

Replace the finisher controller PC board.
