Preparation

If you have any problems with the installation, contact your dealer or the service technician that
performed installation.
Reasons for water leakage
Are you using Hitachi's new one-touch joint (supplied) for the
connection to the tap?
Is the connection to the tap loose?
Is the union nut firmly connected to the machine?

Are there any signs of degradation or rust formed on the
gasket of the tap or the metal parts?
Reasons for stopping and abnormal
sounds and vibration during the spin
cycle
Is the machine installation level?
Is the air bubble in the spirit level inside the
circle? (Installation Instructions)
View the spirit level from above directly.

Reasons for abnormal drainage
Is the drain hose elevated more
than 10 cm above the ground?
Is the drain hose firmly attached
to the drain outlet? (Installation
Instructions)
The drain hose must not be elevated
more than 10 cm when going over a
threshold and its total length must be
2 m or less.
