Instruction
In order to protect your child correctly,
RÖMER KING quickfix
the
means be used and installed as
described in these instructions.
The child seat must only be
installed on a passenger seat
which.....
!
has been approved by the airline for
that purpose
!
is not equipped with an airbag.
How to install the child seat using the
aircraft seat's safety belt:
ø
Turn the locking lever
ø
Tilt the seat shell forward until it
engages.
ø
Place the safety belt into both red belt

guides .
ø
Close the safety belt (see safety
instructions by the airline).
ø
Place the safety belt under the

tensioning plate .
ø
Tighten the safety belt by pulling the
belt end.
ø
Check that the buckle of the safety
belt lies in the centre under the
3
tensioning plate .
Caution!
Under no circumstances
must the buckle come to lie in the red
2
belt guides
or between the red belt
2
guide
and the tensioning plate .
Tip! ! If this case incurs after all, we
recommend to hook the belt shortener
4
into the safety belt.
Use of the Belt Shortener
ø
Take the part of the safety belt with
the tongue.
ø
Place the belt shortener
safety belt.
ø
Hook both slots of the belt shortener
into the safety belt, so that the middle
bar remains visible
ø
Turn the belt shortener
turn.
ø
Hook the safety belt which now lies on
top of the belt shortener
open slot of the belt shortener .
Caution!
The belt shortener
on the side of the child seat. It must
not lie in the red belt guides
between the red belt guide

tensioning plate .
ø
Check again that the buckle of the
safety belt is now in the centre under
the tensioning plate .
Tip!
If the buckle of the safety belt still
does not lie correctly, turn the belt
4
shortener
by a further half turn and
hook the safety belt into the open slot
again.
ø
Tilt the seat shell far forward and hold
on to it.
ø
Push the tensioning plate
downwards until it unhooks.
ø
Tilt the seat shell backwards.
Caution!
Take hand out of the
tensioning mechanism (danger of
injury).
ø
Push the seat shell against the base
until it engages on both sides („click").
Removal:
ø
Turn the locking lever
ø
Tilt the seat shell forward until it
engages.
ø
Pull the buckle of the safety belt of the
passenger seat out from underneath
the red tensioning plate .
Caution!
Ensure that the seat shell
does not tilt back automatically
(danger of injury).
ø
Open the safety belt (see instructions
by the airline).
ø
Now you can remove the child seat
from the passenger seat.

The child seat must always be
secured in the plane, even
when not occupied by the child.
!
Your child must be buckled up
in the seat when the "fasten
seat belts" light comes on.
!
During an emergency
evacuation take your child out
of the child seat and go to one
of the emergency exits
immediately.
