Type 0 Create/Erase only
Type 1 Create/Erase and Increase/dicrease the number of
records or blocks.
Type 2 Create/Erase and Increase/dicrease the number of blocks

When an item of Type 0 is selected, the following display is shown.

Selection of CREATE/ERASE is performed.
When an item of Type 1 is selected, the following display is shown.
