Assembly TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Medium size flat blade or Philips/crosspoint screwdriver, adjustable spanner or metric spanner set Please lay out all nuts and bolts and check lengths before assembling. Whilst every care is taken in the manufacture of this product, care must be taken during assembly in case sharp edges are present.
  • Page 6 Attach the right leg assembly to the Front Panel (C11) using the M6x40 Bolts (D9) and Ø6 Washers (D13) as shown. Attach the left leg assembly to the Front Panel (C11) using the M6x40 Bolts (D9) and Ø6 Washers (D13) as shown. Check the box and make sure you have all the parts and fittings listed.
  • Page 7 Feed the M6x45 Bolts (D10) through the Washers (D13), Rear Support (C8) and rear legs, secure with M6 Nuts (D14) as shown. Unscrew the Locknuts (D2) from both end of Axle (C16) to get Axle Washers (D1). Thread the axle through left legs Assembly, place a axle washer on each end of the axle, fit the Wheels (C17) onto the axle, and secure with locknuts.
  • Page 8 Attach the Side Burner Rear/Front Support (C3,C4) to the Side Burner (C1) using M6x45 Bolt (D10) as shown. Connect the Side Burner assembly onto the left leg assembly using M6x55 Bolts (D12) and Washers (D13) and M6 Nuts (D14). Connect the side burner rear support onto the left back leg using a M6x45 Bolt (D10) and Washer (D13) and M6 Nut (D14).
  • Page 9 Connect the Side Shelf Supports (C6) onto the Side Shelf (C5) using Side Shelf Short Pins (D4) and Spring Clips (D3) as shown. Connect the side shelf assembly onto the Right leg assembly using Side Shelf Long Pin (C18) and Spring Clips (D3) as shown. Check the box and make sure you have all the parts and fittings listed.

IMPORTANT:Carefully screw the brass hex hose fitting onto the brass threaded gas inlet assembly on the side burner.
