2 questions: I just bought 2 used pair of widex the clear 330 series c3 FS model. I bought new batteries and they are very loud and there isn't a button to turn them down. Can you please help? If I have to go to an audiologist, on average how much will they charge me to fix these? Thank you

You can adjust the volume on Widex The Clear 330 Series C3-FS hearing aids in two ways:
1. The volume is automatically adjusted based on your sound environment.
2. If you have a remote control, you can manually adjust the volume or mute the hearing aid. Any manual adjustments will reset when the hearing aid is turned off or the program is changed.

The average cost to consult an audiologist for adjustments on Widex The Clear 330 Series C3-FS hearing aids is not provided in the available information.
