There is not a maintenance mode in setting and I keep going in circles. It’s connected to WiFi but it will go to home, then Ifit with progress bar and nothing ever moves, then the penguin screen. When I catch it quickly, I can go to settings but there is not anywhere to update the firmware.

To resolve the issue with your Pro-Form 935 E not entering maintenance mode and getting stuck on the penguin screen, follow these steps:

1. Access the Settings Menu – Try selecting the settings main menu as described in the manual.
2. Enter Maintenance Mode – In the settings menu, touch the Maintenance button to enter maintenance mode.
3. Calibrate the Screen – If the screen is unresponsive or not functioning correctly, touch the Calibrate Screen button and follow the instructions to recalibrate.
4. Restart the Console – If the issue persists, power off the elliptical, unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in and restart.
5. Check for Firmware Updates – A firmware update may have caused the issue. If possible, check for updates and install them.
6. Contact Customer Support – If the problem remains, visit www.proformservice.com or call 1-888-533-1333 for further assistance.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, professional service may be required.
