    OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. ADJUSTING THE CUTTING DEPTH Marking Thickness of material Biscuit dowel Cutting depth 8-12mm No.0 8.0mm 12-15mm No.10 10.0mm >15mm No.20 12.3mm simplex 13.0mm duplex 14.7mm Max. 18.0mm Move the motor base as far as possible backward. Set the cutting depth by turning the cutting depth adjustment knob.
  • Page 11 procedure! Tighten Loosen Remove the outer flange from the spindle using the spanner supplied. Position the saw blade on the inner flange. Place the outer flange on the Spindle and tighten it fully with the spanner. Take care that the outer flange is placed with the correct side to the spindle Release the spindle lock and check that the spindle is unlocked by rotating it.
  • Page 12 SMALL WORKPIECE Place the machine near the workpieces. The side of the machine must be facing the side of the workpiece. WORKPIECES THINNER THAN 16 MM Place the machine near the workpiece. Place the adjustment plate on the angle stop. Take care for setting the height, the groove for the biscuit dowel must be in the middle of the workpiece.

    12. SETTING THE CUTTING DEPTH When the cutting depth is not correct, it can be adjusted as follows: Move the motor base as far as possible backwards. Set the cutting depth by turning the knob(14) , the knob is positioned at the back of the pin. Repeat the procedure till the cutting depth is correct.

    PLUG REPLACEMENT The fuse in the main plug of your power tool should always be replaced with one of identical rating. Check the voltage given on your power tool matches the supply voltage. The power tool is supplied with a fitted plug, however if you should need to fit a new plug follows the instruction below.
