Function of KTC-HR300/ KTC-HR200 (Optional Accessory)

HD Radio tuner control

Tuning

Selecting the station.

Select HD Radio source
Press the [SRC] button.
Select the "HD Radio" display.

Select the HD FM band
Push the Control knob towards up.
Switches between the HF1, HF2, and HF3 bands
each time pushing towards up.
Select the HD AM band
Push the Control knob towards down.

Tune up or down program
Push the Control knob towards right or left.
If the sub channel is available in Digital FM
broadcast when "Seek Mode" of <Function Control>
(page 6) is set to Auto seek or Manual, the channel
can be switched.

(HD FM band)
• During the reception of 1, tune up:
2➡3➡4...
• During the reception of !, tune down: !➡0...
• Using "Receive Mode" of <Function Control> (page 6) the
modes can be switched to digital broadcast automatic
switching, analog broadcast only, or digital broadcast
only.
• When "Digital" has been set with "Receive Mode", the
seek time will be longer to allow a check of whether the
transmission is a digital broadcast.
• It will take few seconds to receive the digital
broadcasting after selecting the frequency.
• When Tune up button is pressed, it will switch to the
next frequency if it is switched before receiving a Digital
broadcast. (™➡£)
• When Tune down button is pressed, it will received
an Analog broadcasting if a Digital broadcast is not
received. (!➡£)
• Use the "Seek Mode" in <Function Control> (page 6) to
change the tuning type.

Auto Memory Entry

Putting stations with good reception in the memory
automatically.

Enter Auto Memory Entry mode
Select "AUTO MEMORY".
For how to select Function Control items, refer to
<Function Control> (page 6).

Open Auto Memory Entry
Turn the Control knob to select "YES", and then
press the Control knob.
When 6 stations that can be received are put in the
memory, auto memory entry closes.

Station Preset Memory

Putting a station in the memory.

Select the frequency to put in the memory
Push the Control knob towards right or left.

Enter Preset Memory mode
Turn the Control knob.

Select the number to put in the memory
Turn the Control knob.

Register frequency to preset number
Press the Control knob for at least 2 seconds.
Cancelling the Preset Memory mode
Press the [FNC] button.

Preset Tuning

Recalling the stations in the memory.

Enter Preset Tuning Select mode
Turn the Control knob.

Select a desired station in the memory
Turn the Control knob.
3
Recall the station
Press the Control knob.
Cancelling Preset Tuning
Press the [FNC] button.
