Important Safeguards

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
Failure to read and observe all precautions could result in personal injury or
equipment damage.
PRECAUTIONS:
To avoid electrical shock:
• Keep the unit away from water.
• Do not immerse the power cord or the unit into water or other liquid.
• Do not use while bathing.
• Do not reach for a unit that has fallen into water – immediately unplug the unit.
• Always unplug the unit immediately after using.
OPERATING CAUTIONS:
• Adult supervision is highly recommended when unit is used by children.
• Never operate the unit if it has any damaged parts (including power cord or plug), if
it has been dropped or submersed in water. Promptly send it to a service center for
examination and repair.
• The unit should not be used where flammable gas, oxygen or aerosol spray products
are being used.
• Do not tilt or shake the unit when in use.
• Disconnect the unit from the electrical outlet before cleaning, filling and after each use.
• Do not use other attachments unless recommended by manufacturer.
STORAGE CAUTIONS:
• Do not store the unit under direct sunlight, high temperature or humidity.
• Keep the unit out of reach of small children.
• Always keep unit unplugged when not in use.
CLEANING CAUTIONS:
• Before each use, check the air filter, Nebulizer, mouthpiece, and any other optional
components.
• Dirty or worn parts should be replaced.
• Do not immerse the unit in water. It may damage the unit.
• Before cleaning, disconnect the unit from the electrical outlet.
• After each use, clean all necessary parts as instructed in this manual.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY:
1. Connect this unit to an appropriate voltage outlet for your model.
2. Do not run the unit unattended.
3. If any abnormality occurs, discontinue use immediately until the unit has been
examined and repaired.
4. Never block the air openings of the main unit or place it where the air openings
may be obstructed.
5. Always consult with your physician to determine if your prescription medication is
approved for use with this compressor nebulizer.

Important Safeguards

Operation of the Unit

Follow the cleaning instructions in this manual under "Cleaning &
Maintenance" prior to using your nebulizer for the first time or after it
has been stored for an extended period of time.
Remember: Always unplug the Compressor and make sure the POWER
switch is turned to the "off" position before cleaning, assembling and
before or after each use.

Assembling your Nebulizer

1) Place the Compressor on a flat, stable
surface within reach, with the handle
facing towards you.
2) Open the storage compartment by lifting
the lid. Remove the contents (Nebulizer,
mouthpiece and air tube).
3) Gently twist and pull straight up on the
lid of the Nebulizer to separate into two
parts (medicine cup and cover).
4) Make sure that the purple jet is properly
installed inside the medicine cup. (The
stem inside the medicine cup inserts
into the tube of the purple jet)
5) Add the prescribed amount of medicine
to the medicine cup.
6) Reassemble the Nebulizer by carefully
twisting the medicine cup and cover to-
gether. Make sure that the two parts fit
securely.

Operating your Nebulizer

Note: The Nebulizer is operable at up to a 45° angle.
1) Attach one end of the air tube connec-
tor to the air stem.
