2.9 [3] Group
2.9.10 [3-5-2] Incoming Call Distribution Group—Queuing Time
Table
A Queuing Time Table can contain up to 16 sequences which control how calls waiting in a queue are
handled. A maximum of 64 Queuing Time Tables can be programmed.
Queuing Sequence—Sequence 01–16
Specifies the command activated by the corresponding sequence.
Default
None
Value Range
None: Redirects the call to the next sequence
Overflow: Redirects the call to the overflow destination when there is no answer
Disconnect: Disconnects the line
Sequence 01–16: Redirects the call to a different sequence
Wait 5 × n (n=1–16) s: If preceded by an OGM, plays the Music on Hold for the specified period of
time; if not preceded by an OGM, sends a ringback tone for the specified period of time.
OGM 01–32: Sends a certain OGM
