why isn’t The led On my control pod going green when plugged in into my Bose companion three series 2 multimedia system? I have two separate pods and neither of them have a green LED. And how can I update my Bose software? Does this need to happen?

Feel free to set up the system where it is most convenient and provides the sound you enjoy.
