Dubbing From HDD To VHS
It is possible to perform dubbing from the HDD deck to the VHS
deck.

Load a cassette with the record safety tab intact.

Press DUBBING to access the Dubbing Menu screen.

Press rtw e to select "HDD ]VHS", then press ENTER.

Press rtw e to select indexes (small pictures) of desired
original recordings and/or play lists, then press MARK. After
selecting all indexes you want to dub, press ENTER.
You can select up to 8 original recordings and/or play lists.

Press rt to select "SELECT RECORDING MODE", then press
ENTER. Press rt to select the desired option (SP or EP), then
press ENTER. The confirmation screen appears.

Press rt to "SELECT SOUND MODE", then press ENTER.
Press rt to select the desired option (L/R, L, R or NORM), then
press ENTER. The confirmation screen appears.

Press t to select "CONFIRM", then press ENTER.

Press VHS so that the VHS lamp lights up on the unit.
The current display on the screen will be switched to a receiving
broadcast display.

While holding 7, press 9 so that the VHS deck enters the
record pause mode.

Press HDD so that the HDD lamp lights up on the unit.
The dubbing screen will appear.

Press w e to select "EXECUTE", then press ENTER for
confirmation.
To cancel the dubbing, press the
and press ENTER to confirm.
Original Dubbing (From DVD To HDD)
It is possible to dub the original recordings on DVD discs to the
HDD deck.

Load a disc you want to dub.

Press DUBBING to access the Dubbing Menu screen.

Press rtw e to select "DVD ]HDD", then press ENTER.

Press rtw e to select "TITLE", then press ENTER.

Press rtw e to select indexes (small pictures) of desired
original recordings and/or play lists, then press MARK. After
selecting all indexes you want to dub, press ENTER.
You can select up to 8 original recordings and/or play lists.

Press w e to select "EXECUTE", then press ENTER to start
dubbing.
EXECUTE
: Select this to continue the dubbing operations.
CANCEL
: Select this to cancel dubbing operation.

Press w e to select "EXECUTE", then press ENTER for
confirmation. The dubbing screen appears for 5 seconds.
NOTES:
It is not possible to dub play lists on DVD discs.
It is not possible to dub pre-recorded DVD VIDEO discs.
It is not possible to dub Video CDs/SVCDs or Audio CDs.

cassette with the record safety tab intact to the VHS deck.

NOTES:
It is not possible to dub play lists on DVD discs.
It is not possible to dub Video CDs/SVCDs or Audio CDs.
When dubbing is in progress, only 8 is functional.
