How to pair and connect with a computer running Windows XP SP3 and Bluetooth 2.1

For best user experience it is recommended to use Secure Simple Pairing (SSP) that is supported in BT V2.1. SSP
reduces the number of steps to minimal or none when compared to legacy BT pairing.
To pair and connect with a computer:
Verifying that Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) is installed.

Since Windows XP does not support BT V2.1, load new BT stack that supports BT V2.1 by either:
