4.4. Record Guard Time
● Use the ▲/▼ buttons to select Rec. Guard Time, then
press the OK or  button.
● Use the ▲/▼ buttons to select Before programme or
After programme, then press the OK or  button.
● Use the ▲/▼ buttons to select desired time (such as off, 1,
2, 3, and 5 minutes for Before programme and off, 2, 5,
10, and 15 minutes for After programme), then press the
OK button.
4.5. Sleep
You can set the sleep timer.
● Use the ▲/▼ buttons to select Sleep, then press the OK
or  button.
● Use the ▲/▼ buttons to desired time (such as off, 15, 30,
60, and 90 minutes), then press the OK button.

You can set the recording option. (See page 20)
