PROGRAM LEVEL
Some programs have 5 individual exercise levels. Level 1 is the easiest and Level 5 is the most difficult. This feature allows
you to alter the intensity of your workout.
Here are the programs where you can select intensity levels: Hill program, Weight Loss program, Cardiovascular
program, Speed Run program, Random program, Interval program.

3.1. JUSTGO

The JustGo
program allows you to start a manual exercise by pressing only one key. Since the JustGo
first program in the program list, it will always be first for easy selection. In the JustGo
the speed and incline of the belt at all times. Use the JustGo

unless you change them. Your progress will be indicated by a flashing arrowhead under the program profile.

3.2. MANUAL PROGRAM
The Manual program allows you to create your own exercises as you progress in the program. Speed and incline are
completely controlled by the user at all times. At first glance, the JustGo
