IGNITION SWITCH

The ignition switch is positioned on the
right side of the steering head.
NOTE
The key (1) operates the ignition
s w i t c h / s t e e r i n g l o c k , t h e b a t t e r y
compartment / tool kit lock and the seat
lock.
Two keys are supplied together with the
vehicle (one spare key).
NOTE
Store the spare key in a safe
place (other than the vehicle).

STEERING LOCK

WARNING
Never turn the key to position " " when
riding, or you will lose control of the
vehicle.

OPERATION

To lock the steering:
◆
Turn the handlebar fully to the left.
◆
Turn the key (1) to position " ", and
press it.
NOTE
Turn the key and steer the
handlebar at the same time.
◆
Turn the key (1) counter-clockwise (to
the left), then steer the handlebar slowly,
until the key (1) reaches position " ".
◆
Extract the key.
