Questions and answers
le moteur ou pompe semble mort l'eau ne se vide plus. Quel est le problème elle ne fonctionne plus.
If the washer's motor or pump seems dead and water is not draining, possible issues include:
1. Drain hose may be plugged or kinked.
2. Drain pump filter may be clogged with foreign objects.
3. Drain pump may have failed.
4. Wiring connections to the drain pump, pressure switch, water inlet valve, or Central Control Unit (CCU) may be loose or faulty.
5. There may be a communication error between the CCU and the Motor Control Unit (MCU).
6. The MCU may not be operating or the drive motor is not receiving power.
Steps to diagnose:
- Unplug washer and check hose, pump filter, and wiring connections.
- Plug in washer and check for drive motor or MCU operation.
- Run a diagnostic test to verify CCU function.
