OAM link is disconnected.
OAM link is disconnected and can't connect ONU.
Check OAM link state, disconnect and re-connect ONU, or reboot
the entire rack.
This alarm is called oam link disconnection alarm in EPON project.
In default, this alarm is enabled. If the alarm need to be disabled
configure "alarm oam-link-disconnection disable" on OLT interface.

Data loading fault or other dying gasp fault.
The optical path is abnormal.

Disconnect and re-connect the connection between ONU and OLT.
Register ONU again.
This alarm is called dying gasp alarm in EPON project. In default,
this alarm is enabled. If the alarm need to be disabled configure
"alarm dying-gasp disable" on OLT interface.
