INSPECTION AND REPAIR
6. Inspect:
• Clutch shoes shiny parts
sand paper.
NOTE:
After using sand paper, clean the polished
particles with a cloth.
7. Measure:
• Thickness of clutch shoe
Outside specified value

TRAPEZOIDAL BELT

1. Inspect:
• Trapezoidal belt
Cracks/Wear
NOTE:
Replace the trapezoidal belt if it is dirty with
oil or grease.
2. Measure:
• Width of trapezoidal belt
Outside specified value
STARTER CLUTCH AND GEARS
1. Inspect:
• Starter clutch Press the conical pin in the
direction of the arrow.
