EQUIVALENT DUCT LENGTH CHART Kenmore range hoods are designed to perform efficiently when attached to long runs of duct. As a point of reference, this hood will function at approximately 80% of its rated air flow when 150 equivalent feet of 6” round ductwork is attached. -

INSTALL THE DUCTWORK NOTE: To reduce the risk of fire, use only metal ROOF ductwork. 1. Decide where the ductwork will run between the hood and the outside. ROUND 2. A straight, short duct run will allow the hood to DUCT perform most efficiently. -

INSTALL THE ELECTRICAL PLATE Mount the electrical plate to the hood with 2 screws (3,9 x 9,5 mm). ELEC- TRICAL PLATE CONNECT THE WIRING Note: This range hood must be properly grounded. The unit should be installed by a qualified electri- cian in accordance with all applicable national and local electrical codes. -
