    Grease Collecting Pan The grease Collecting Pan is located on 2 brackets below the BBQ’s bottom panel, on the left-hand-side. Make sure the pan is always in its place when operating the barbecue, to avoid fat dripping directly into the trolley. Make sure the grease pan is emptied and cleaned regularly. Also ensure the grease is cleaned off the bottom of the Barbecue before each use.
