1. Toe Touch Stretch

then relax. Repeat 3 times. Stretches: Hamstrings, back of knees
and back.
2. Hamstring Stretch

2
ward you and rest it against the inner thigh of your extended leg.
Reach toward your toes as far as possible. Hold for 15 counts,
then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg. Stretches: Hamstrings,
lower back and groin.
3. Calf/Achilles Stretch
With one leg in front of the other, reach forward and place your
hands against a wall. Keep your back leg straight and your back

Do you have a question about the 10.0 treadmill IMTL39620 and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
In manual mode set speed to 2 mph or less and it will stay there for about 30 seconds and then ramp up to 3 mph or more. Just received this unit and manual does not give me any options for this problem. 70 plus years old and can not handle the speed the treadmill is ramping up to. How do I get it to stay at the slower speed until i work up to faster if I ever do. Thank you
To set the speed on the Image 10.0 treadmill IMTL39620 to stay at 2 mph or less in manual mode, press the Speed ▲ or ▼ buttons to adjust the speed. The speed changes in increments of 0.1 mph with a single press or 0.5 mph if the button is held down. Adjust the speed to 2.0 mph or lower by pressing the ▼ button as needed.
