1. Press
Home, then touch
Apps tab. The Apps screen displays.
2. Touch
Gmail. The Gmail Inbox screen displays.

Menu
following options are available:
• Archive & delete actions: Configures how to display archived
or deleted email.
• Swipe to archive: When enabled, swipe a conversation to
archive it.
• Sender image: When enabled, displays an image next to the
name in the conversation list.
• Reply all: When enabled, your message replies are
automatically sent to all original message recipients.
• Auto-fit messages: When enabled, messages are shrunk to fit
your phone's screen. Zoom is also enabled.
• Auto-advance: When enabled, the conversation list is
automatically updated and displayed after you delete or archive
messages or conversations.

• Message actions: Allows you to configure how display
message actions. Choose from: Always show, Only show in
portrait, and Don't show.
• Confirm before deleting: When enabled, prompts you to
confirm deletions of conversations or messages.
• Confirm before archiving: When enabled, prompts you to
confirm movement of conversations or messages to archive.
• Confirm before sending: When enabled, prompts you to
confirm sending of messages.
• Swiping conversation list: Set Swiping conversation list as
Has no effect on Gmail conversations, Archives or deletes
Gmail conversations, or Always deletes Gmail conversations.
