Questions and answers
cannot call out or answer phone
@Marsha beverly feldman
The Panasonic KX-TGE210 may not be able to make or receive calls due to the following reasons:
1. Handset Batteries: The handset batteries may need recharging or have failed.
2. Power Failure: The phone cannot make calls during a power outage.
3. Dialing Mode: The dialing mode may be set incorrectly and needs to be adjusted.
4. Cell Locator Feature: An outside line may still be in use after the cell locator feature was used. For certain models, specific actions are required to disconnect the line.
5. Silent Mode: Silent mode might be turned on, preventing the phone from ringing.
6. Ringer Volume: The ringer volume on the base unit or handset may be turned off.
Ensure these conditions are checked and resolved to restore functionality.
