To change the drivers arm rest I need to remove the seat belt that is part of the seat, so that I can get inside the seat. How the hell do I do that? There is no help anywhere on line

To change the drivers arm rest I need to remove the seat belt that is part of the seat, so that I can get inside the seat. How the hell do I do that? There is no help anywhere on line
