Hello, our Crystal Surround Air Track Speaker system HW-E450C seems to have a mind of its own. It will decrease the sound without us touching the remote. The read out on the sound bar screen reads (minimize) and the sound cannot be increased with pressing the volume button unless it is held continuously. Sometimes the sound will stay there for awhile or sometimes it will go back down right away. Then the process has to be started over. If the sound stays and operates normally for awhile, out of nowhere it goes to max volume. Out of frustation we will shut it off and use the TV sound. Also the speaker system will occasionally turn on by itself at full volume. We had to unplug it. HELP Is it time for a new one?
