The on /off button is on but the coffee is not brewing
The Oster BVST-JBX Series coffee maker may not be brewing even though the on/off button is lit due to the following reasons:
1. The water reservoir is empty – Check and fill it with water.
2. The filter basket is not properly inserted – Ensure it is correctly placed.
3. The decanter is not fully placed on the warming plate – Make sure it is positioned correctly.
4. There are no coffee grounds in the filter basket – Add the desired amount of coffee.
