User Guide 7 FAQ When the BM325 is connected to the PC for the first time, the system does not prompt you to install the BWA Partner. After the system recognizes the new hardware, you need to wait a few minutes for the system to prepare the installation of the program. - Page 36 Install the BWA partner again according to the prompts. If you still cannot access the network after you complete the preceding steps, remove the BM325 safely and restart the PC. Then connect the BM325 to the PC again.
