Paper Jam

If a paper jam occurs, refer to the steps below to remove the paper.
When paper is jammed, the paper lamp will blink fast.

Push the paper tray guide down until it stops, and
while holding it in this position, pull the jammed
paper out through the paper tray or the output tray.
Pull the jammed paper out gently.

! After removing the jammed paper, be sure to align the
paper guide to the paper in the paper tray.
! If the jammed paper will not come out easily, try pulling in
the opposite direction. Do not pull too hard as this may
damage the printer mechanism. Do not re-use any sheets
of paper that have jammed.

Remove the jammed paper, and then press the
paper button to resume printing.
Make sure the paper lamp is not blinking.
If the jammed page is not printed correctly after pressing the
paper button, print the page again.
