Clean and grease piston/ram assembly and inside
of nose cover

Check air supply

Align nose with magazine and tighten bolts

Use only the size and type of fasteners

in the Specifications
list in this manual

Discard damaged fasteners

Use only the size and type of fasteners

list in this manual
10. Tighten cap bolts. Check and replace damaged
gasket
11. Check and replace damaged seal and O-rings
12. Check and replace damaged piston/ram assembly
13. Clean magazine and lubricate with a dry, film
lubricant.
14. Check and replace magazine
15. Place five or six drops of air tool oil into inlet cap
