off, located on the front of the motor cover and unplug the power cord.

You must be able to safely lift 20 kg (45lbs) in order to raise and lower the treadmill.
To decrease the possibility of injury, bend your legs and keep your back straight while you are
raising or lowering your treadmill.
To protect the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under the treadmill. Keep the treadmill out of direct
sunlight. Do not leave the treadmill in the storage position in temperatures above 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
Unfolding
Hold the treadmill running deck with left hand. Pull the locking knob with your right hand and slowly
lower the treadmill running deck. The deck will lower unassisted when it reaches about waist high.

the treadmill running deck until the treadmill is locked by the locking knob.
