Program the appliance to regenerate at a time when the water is not being used. If there is more than one appliance, allow two hours between each regeneration. Do not install if the incoming or outlet piping water temperature exceeds 120°F (49°C) for models 900CF and 900NF or 80°F (27°C) for model 900IF. See Specifications. Do not allow soldering torch heat to be transferred to valve components or plastic parts when using the optional copper adapters.

The joint should not be disturbed immediately after the cementing procedure. Allow adequate time for the joint to cure properly.
