To fix the paper feeder issue on a Samsung ML-1210 printer:

1. The problem is likely a worn paper pickup roller tire.
2. Remove the pickup roller assembly.
3. Take off the rubber pickup band.
4. Flip the rubber band inside out and slide it back on.
5. Reassemble the roller and printer.
6. Alternatively, clean the rubber roller to improve grip.

This may not restore original performance but can make the feeder work again.
