To remove the seat on a Shoprider STREAMER Sport 888WA to change the battery, follow these steps:

1. Ensure Safety: Make sure the area is spacious and safe for disassembly.
2. Disconnect VSI Cable: Remove the plug at the end of the VSI cable by pulling on the pull ring. Lay it down carefully to avoid damage.
3. Remove Arm Assembly (Optional): To make lifting easier, detach the arm assembly if needed.
4. Loosen Seat Knobs: Under the rear of the seat assembly, locate and release the two hand knobs.
5. Lift the Seat: Carefully lift the seat off the powerchair to access the batteries.

Once the seat is removed, you can proceed with the battery replacement.
