Adjust the volume of the device sounds

In Idle mode, open the application list and select
Settings Sound

Adjust the volume for each sound by dragging the
slide bars.

To mute or unmute your device, open the shortcuts panel
from the top of the screen and select Sound.
You can set the device to alert you to various events
in Silent mode. In Idle mode, open the application
list and select Settings
