Troubleshooting
Recharge the battery pack.
Try to connect again in a better reception environment.
If you are far from the receiver, there is interference, or if
there is a microwave or another wireless device nearby, the
communication speed may slow down or the connection may
not be established.
• Turn off the unit, wait for a while, and turn it on again. The
unit stops automatically to protect the circuit when the
temperature rises.
• Check that there is enough space in the SD card.
• The light is insufficient. Take photos in better lighting.
• The camera extends photo exposure time under low light/
indoor conditions. Keep the camera (and the target subject)
steady for several seconds when taking photos.
• Place the camera on a flat and steady surface, or use a tripod.
The white balance may not be adjusted automatically depending
on the light conditions. Select the proper white balance option
to match the light source.
The inside of the camera has become overheated. Turn off the
unit and wait for a while until the camera cools down.
