Care and cleaning of the air conditioner.
Grille and Case
Turn the oir conditioner off ond remove the plug To cleon, use woter ond o mild detergent.
from the woll outlet before cleoning. Do not use bleoch or obrosives.
Outdoor Coils
The coils on the outdoor side of the oir conditioner
should be checked regulorly.
If they ore clogged with dirt or soot they moy be
professionolly steom cleoned, o service ovoiloble
through your GEservice outlet.
Front Grille
The front grille con be removed for more thorough
cleoning ond to Iocote the model ond seriol
numbers on the front of the bose pon.
To remove:
1. Pullthe filter out.
2. Removethe two grille screws.
On some models I
3. Pull the grille out from the bottom ond lift up
from the tobs on the top of the cose.

On some models
To replace:
Hook the tobs on the front grille even with the tobs
on the cose ond snop into ploce.
Reploce the screws ond filter.
