Before requesting service perform the following check:

replacing the batteries for

If the problem persists after performing these checks, or if you notice burning smells, or the OPERATION and the TIMER
indicator lamp flashes, stop operation immediately, disconnect the power supply, and consult with authorized service person-
nel.

Symptom
● Is the power supply plug disconnected from its outlet?
● Has there been a power failure?
● Has a fuse blown out, or a circuit breaker been tripped?
● Is the timer operating?
● Are the remote control unit's batteries dead?
● Are the remote control unit's batteries loaded properly?
● Are you using an air conditioner signal code other than signal
code A?
