Focusing on a selected area p £ s M
You can tocus on an area that you have selected.
In Shooting mode, press
[MENU]
_ii _ Select Focus Area _ Selection AF.
{_ Press [OK], and then press [DISP/_/_./@] to move
the frame to a desired area.

Using tracking auto focus p p_ s M
Tracking AF allows you to track and auto focus on your subject,
even when you are moving.
In Shooting mode, press [MENU].
_ii _ Select Focus Area _ Tracking AF.
_ Focus on the subject you want to track, and then
press [OK].
• A tocusframeappearson the subjectandtollowsthe subject
asyou movethe camera,

• The white frame means that your camera is tracking the
subject.
• When you half@tess [Shutter], the green frame means that
your subject is in focus.
