After you have installed the Host Integration Tools kit version 3.1.1 or later, the utility EqlSetupUtil.exe is stored in the
directory \EqualLogic\bin.
To configure the registry values, perform the following steps for each cluster host:

NOTE: <PR Key> is a unique 8-byte binary value that is composed of a 6-byte part that is specific to the cluster and
a 2-byte part that is specific to the node. For example if you have a three node cluster you can assign
0xaabbccccbbaa as the cluster specific part. The nodes can then have the following PR keys:
Node 1: 0xaabbccccbbaa0001
Node 2: 0xaabbccccbbaa0002
Node 3: 0xaabbccccbbaa0003
