Assemble
the bag frame strap (bottom) and bag
retainer
(top) to the front edge of bag bottom.
Place the bag retainer
on top and frame strap
on bottom.
Secure with four #10 x 5/8"
slottec
screws, and #10-32 hex tock nuts. See figure 16.
