  • Page 9 Assemble latch lever to rear tongue using 5/16" x 4" Assemble a washer, wheel (valve stem facing out) hex bolt and 5/16" lock nut. Tighten nut until snug and another washer onto the axle as shown in figure against side of rear tongue. See figure 1A. 3.
