The time left shows in the display, or
the time left plus soak time or the de-
lay start period.
In addition it serves as a display for
the programmable functions.
A period of delay shows in the display.
After the appliance has started the de-
lay start time counts down.
If a delay start is higher than 10 hours it
will count down hourly, from 9 h 59 it
will count down in minutes.
Once the delay start period is com-
pleted the programme begins and the
actual programme duration shows in
the display.

At the beginning of a programme, the
maximum duration of a programme is
shown in hours and minutes, where de-
lay start has not been selected.
In the Cottons , Minimum Iron and Mixed
Wash programmes the type and volume
of the wash will be monitored during the
first water inlet phase. With a part load
the time could be reduced by up to 60
minutes.

If a time is selected for soaking, this is
added to the prescribed running time
for the programme and the total shown
in the display.
Example:
The Cottons 60°C programme is se-
lected:
– The display shows a programme run-
ning time of 1 h 58.
– A soaking time of one hour is cho-
sen.
– The display shows a total running
time of 2 h 58. For more detailed in-
